Job description, responsibilities and duties
Become a part of regional team, servicing company entities within CE region. Financial Controlling is a dedicated department, working closely with CFOs of assigned countries with a support and know-how of our local controlling team.
We are currently looking for a new member of the team, who will take over the new country, which will be supported from our Regional Center.

In the position your key responsibilities will be:
• Prepare and report monthly activity indicators
• Prepare and report monthly financial reporting (P&L and Balance Sheet) with appropriate variance analyses against budget and forecast
• Calculation of IAS adjustments and their impact on the income statement
• Responsible for the processing of quarterly and budget forecasts in the operative part of the income statement and preparation of the Activity KPIs in consultation with General Management
• Prepare and process the Boards documentation for related meetings
• Communication of all requested reports to the group and region
• Processing department-specific analyses and reports on a monthly basis
• Calculate short-term and long-term funding requirements to ensure the liquidity of the company and the appointment of the relevant funds in treasury at company/group in consultation with management
• Monthly liquidity and interest rate analysis in accordance with the guidelines of company/group
• Develop and improve existing reporting tools in consultation with management
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company/ group
• Preparation of various business reports

Personality requirements and skills
• Min. 2-4 years of experience in the field of financial controlling in multinational context
• Excellent Excel skills (Knowledge of SAS would be a plus)

• Time management, prioritization, ability to work with tight deadlines, ability to work under stress
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environment
• Ability to interact with employees and customers in a professional manner
