Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Junior controller assists the team to perform operational and strategic business analysis in order to support the continuous increase of business performance.
His/ Her main responsibilities are to:
• Support the Ready mix controlling activities: check the correctness of recordings, consolidate data, prepare reports and analysis, perform various monthly reporting tasks
• Assist in planning activities and preparation of budgets, forecasts and long term planning
• Collect the inputs for the monthly reporting of the company performances improvement programs
• Support the team of other segments when needed on ad-hoc tasks
• Actively support the implementation of processes and tools

• The position is suitable for a motivated university student or for a person with finished university education – preferably economic, financial field

• A former experience in accounting or controlling is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS excel is a must
