Our client is a technology-focused company building digital products with real market potential. Our cliet is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager / Performance Marketing Specialist who will take ownership of our marketing activities, manage paid campaigns, and help us grow brand awareness, traffic, leads, and conversions.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both strategy and execution — a person who can plan campaigns, launch them, measure performance, optimize results, and continuously improve our marketing approach.


Role Summary

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing marketing activities across multiple digital channels. Your main focus will be on performance marketing, PPC campaigns, paid social, content distribution, and campaign optimization.

You will work with platforms such as Google Ads / AdWords, Meta Ads, X.com, Reddit Ads, and other relevant marketing channels to drive measurable business results.


What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of the company’s overall marketing activities
  • Plan, launch, manage and optimize PPC campaigns
  • Manage campaigns in Google Ads / AdWords
  • Create and optimize campaigns across Meta platforms — Facebook and Instagram
  • Explore and manage campaigns on X.com and Reddit
  • Define campaign goals, target audiences, budgets and KPIs
  • Monitor performance, analyze data and improve campaign results
  • Work on lead generation, brand awareness and conversion-focused campaigns
  • Prepare campaign reports and performance insights
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, content creators and business stakeholders
  • Test new marketing channels, creatives, audiences and campaign formats
  • Continuously improve marketing strategy based on data and results

Core Requirements

We consider these essential for success in this role:

  • Google Ads / AdWords – hands-on experience with search, display or performance campaigns
  • Meta Ads – experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising
  • PPC Campaign Management – ability to plan, launch, monitor and optimize paid campaigns
  • Campaign Strategy – understanding of targeting, budgets, funnels and conversion goals
  • Analytics & Reporting – ability to evaluate campaign performance and propose improvements
  • Ownership – ability to manage marketing activities independently
  • Communication – ability to work with internal teams and external partners

Channel Experience

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with or learning platforms such as:

  • Google Ads / AdWords
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • X.com Ads
  • Reddit Ads
  • PPC and paid social platforms
  • Analytics and tracking tools
  • Landing pages and conversion funnels
