Strategic Account Manager

Our client is a worldwide leader in the fields of Document Technology and Services and at the moment is looking for an extraordinery talent to replace the position of Strategic Account Manager in the Direct Sales team (Large Accounts).
Main responsibilities:
  • Promoting relationship with a designated group of Large Accounts customers in Slovakia.
  • Acting as an influencer of client’s enterprise document strategy.
  • Focusing on driving profitable, sustainable growth in those accounts, through building and implementing individual account plans.
  • Creating opportunities for selling unique, value-added solutions and services, across the company portfolio.
  • Liaising with pre-sales to design solutions and workflows which enhance customers’ productivity
  • Being aware of the industry trends and adapting offerings to customer needs.
  • Continuously striving to achieve high level of customers satisfaction.


  • A proven track record of 3-4 years in sales engagements and negotiations with clients in large accounts’ account management roles.
  • Proven experience in the field of IT Services will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Experience of having developed and executed business strategies to substantially increase account growth and revenues.
  • A very good knowledge of major IT Solutions and ability to successfully match them with customers’ needs.
  • Ability to understand IT market trends, and big customers’ complex environments/needs
  • Demonstrated aptitude for innovation and appreciation of client business drivers.
  • The ideal candidate would hold a University degree–M.B.A./masters degree is desirable.
  • Be P.C. / Internet literate, to high degree.
  • Be sales and services oriented, being also able to work closely with internal customers and external suppliers
  • Have excellent writing and presentation skills in both English and Slovak.
