Technical specialist with Polish language

for international leasing company

Compensation: 1300-1700 EUR + benefits
Location: Bratislava, Slovakia
Start date: ASAP


  • Ensuring the availability of telephone lines for drivers and suppliers during office hours (08.00 – 17.30) based on scheduled shifts
  • Smooth and efficient processing of all necessary activities related to repairs, maintenance, tires and mobility
  • Supervision of cost-effective maintenance, repairs and tire management
  • Ensuring the correct billing of supplier invoices as well as their subsequent payments
  • Acting as a negotiator between company’s customers and suppliers
  • Close cooperation within teams in the company and with supported countries

Technical tasks:

  • Communication with suppliers
  • Receiving, processing and resolving customer requests
  • Inspection and approval of permits for repairs, maintenance and tires
  • Close cooperation with internal departments and supported countries
  • Reservation of services and technical approval of invoices for repairs, maintenance, tires and spare vehicles
  • Coordination of repairs, assistance services, management of spare vehicles
  • Operation of B2B platforms

Administrative tasks:

  • Participation in team meetings and 1-2-1 meetings with a superior
  • Participation in internal and external workshops
  • Updating information on a shared file with team changes

Other tasks:

  • Representing team members during vacations and illnesses
  • Cooperation on specific team projects
  • Participation in the development and improvement of internal control mechanisms for quality assurance

Requirements for the employee:

  • Experience in technology and administration
  • Knowledge of a foreign language in spoken and written expression:
    – Polish language (written / oral form)
    – English language (written / oral)
  • Good knowledge of working with PC (MS Office)
