Information about the position
As a UX / UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces and improving user experience across our digital products. You will work closely with developers, product manager, and stakeholders to transform concepts into well-structured, functional, and visually appealing designs.
A key part of the role is working efficiently in Figma and leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate design, prototyping, and iteration.
What You’ll Do
● Design modern and intuitive user interfaces for web and digital products
● Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
● Build and maintain design systems and reusable components
● Prototype and iterate on UX flows and interaction patterns
● Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation
● Use AI tools to accelerate design exploration, layout generation, and asset creation
● Continuously improve usability through feedback and iteration
● Ensure visual consistency across the product ecosystem

AI-Driven Design Workflow
Experience using AI tools in the design process is highly valued. This may include:
● AI-assisted UI generation and layout exploration
● AI tools for visual asset generation (icons, illustrations, graphics)
● AI-supported UX research and ideation
● Using AI to accelerate prototyping and design iterations
Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills)
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
● Experience designing complex web applications or SaaS platforms
● Understanding of frontend constraints (HTML, CSS, component-based frameworks)
● Experience creating interactive prototypes
● Motion or micro-interaction design
● Experience collaborating in agile product teams
