Fixed salary: €3,300–€3,500, with bonuses up to €1,000 per month after the onboarding period and achieving performance targets.

Are you commercially driven and experienced in working with partner or reseller networks across industries such as FMCG, consumer electronics, IT, logistics etc.?

For our client, we are looking for an experienced Business Development & Channel Manager to lead a growing B2B segment. This senior role combines new business acquisition, strategic market engagement, leading a small team, setting and ensuring adherence to operational processes across partners, and defining long-term commercial goals. You will manage and support existing partners to help them grow, while driving cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small team (up to 4 people), setting clear goals, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring adherence to operational processes and best practices.
  • Manage relationships with large corporate clients, acquire new business opportunities, and drive cross-selling of complementary products and services. Actively expand the portfolio by identifying and approaching companies with high-volume needs for the client’s products/services.
  • Coordinate and support the external partner network, ensuring consistent implementation of business processes, commercial guidelines, and reporting standards.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business performance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Marketing, Sales Support, Supply Chain, and Administration/Finance) and with external partner companies to ensure coordinated business development efforts.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and quotations; oversee tender processes and negotiations with C-level executives.
  • Set up, maintain, and enforce compliance with business processes both internally and across the external partner network, ensuring unified operational standards and the successful execution of commercial strategy.
  • Prepare reports, analyses, KPIs, and business performance summaries for management, providing insights into market development and results across the partner network.
  • Actively participate in management meetings and contribute to the department’s strategic and operational planning.
  • Take responsibility for delivering the business plan and commercial targets.

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, foster cross-team collaboration,  strong team player mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with C-level executives.
  • Advanced English (C1) for international business interactions.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution and ownership.
