Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for People Manager for our client’s Group company.
She or he shall be hands-on HR professional able to lead a small team and optimize current HR processes.

Your main responsibilities shall include:

  • Act as consulting and supporting partner for Managing Directors as well as for management team in the area of people related topics and organization changes
  • Recruitment and onboarding, supporting internal promotion
  • Employees training and development according to legislation requirements as well as according to identified development needs
  • Remuneration: creating and updating internal rules and regulations, quarterly bonus calculation
  • Benefits: review and update current in order to contribute to people motivation
  • Performance appraisal process coordination and support
  • Payroll: completing monthly data for external payroll office
  • Personnel administration in line with legal requirements and GDPR, regular reporting
  • Internal communication: health protection measures, enhancing efficient communication among individual teams within the group
  • Working environment: employee survey and action plan, health and safety agenda
  • Employee events
  • Internal guidelines system maintenance, in line with ISO 9001, ISO audit coordination, compliance

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

  • Secondary with school-leaving examination
  • Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
  • University education (Bachelor’s degree)
  • University education (Master’s degree)

Language skills

  • English – Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

  • Microsoft Excel – Advanced
  • Microsoft PowerPoint – Advanced
  • Microsoft Word – Advanced

Driving licence
B

Experience in the position/sector
experience in HR Managing role

Personality requirements and skills

  • HR experience preferably in middle size company with outsourced payroll, experience with HR process setup and optimization, change management
  • Solid knowledge of HR related legislation and regulations
  • Active use of English (communicating and writing) – regular communication with Japanese management, regular participation on meetings conducted in English
  • Positive and energetic personality able to work in a dynamic environment
  • Teamleader and team player mindset
  • Understanding and accepting ownership and responsibility
  • Attention to the detail, finisher ability
  • Active approach, independence
  • Very good friend with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
